Milies House is a newly constructed vacation home with high ceilings, wooden floors, beautiful decor, modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, surrounded by nature, with beautiful views, ideal for a group of friends or families. The villa is 250m², split across 2 levels and can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The Pelion area uniquely combines the beauty of the mountains and sea, dotted by more than 20 traditional villages. The property is nestled quietly amongst trees and footpaths, offering views of the mountain and sea, only a 10 minute walk to the village square, 15-20 minute drive from the beach. Milies village is a lovely place for hiking and relaxing.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have full access to the main house on the premises. In addition to the main house, guests will have access to the guest suite, in the annex house, depending on the number of guests. Offers 4 en suite bathroom double bedrooms and one W/C. The outdoors area includes a terrace where you can enjoy your coffee or breakfast. Parking is available on the premises, for up to 3 vehicles. The house has an open living room with a cozy fireplace, lounge, dining area and kitchen where you can enjoy your meals or relax.
